 How to make Ghana waakye a.k.a ( colored rice and beans ) with it sauce The waakye dish is a well-eaten dish amongst Ghanaians, it shito a.k.a ( Hot pepper sauce) with stew makes it an undeniably delicious meal that can't be resisted no matter how hard you try. I can remember my first time tasting this dish, I drank lots of water due to the spiciness of the shito ( Hot pepper sauce) but in the end,  I loved it. It is quick to make you don't have to wait for hours before it is ready and it is a pocket-friendly meal to make. You don't have to break the bank to make this. So let's get right to business. Ingredients needed 3 ripe and unripe plantains  Egg sauce recipe • 3 eggs • Chopped spring onion • Vegetable oil • Salt • Seasoning powder • Sausage or chicken whichever you prefer • Chopped onion • 7 Scotch bonnet pepper •  3 Tomatoes  Preparation process Plantain preparation process Add water to a bowl and slice your plantain inside and wash thoroughly, add water to a pot and add your sliced plantain then add salt to taste.  How to prepare yam porridge(Asaro) Yam porridge a.k.a (Asaro) is a dish eaten by the Yoruba tribe in Nigeria, On any occasion that is hosted by this tribe, you will find the yam porridge a.k.a ( Asaro) in their food menu, because its red color formulated from a mixture of peppers and nice aroma is irresistible. So without further ado, let's dive right into the ingredients needed to prepare this irresistible dish.
